Saturday at Docelar

It was a different lesson ...at a completely atypical place. Last Saturday , April 9th , Smart Kids 2 went to Docelar Supermarket to buy delicatessen and practice the structures they learned in class. One of the most interested student was Luan that asked a lot of questions to the teacher about names and prices of different products. People at the Supermarket found it odd. Probably they weren't accostumed to see a fat man , surrounded by many children , waving an american flag and talking in English all the time. To each word teacher J.B. taught ...he asked to the student to say it a few minutes after. Luan got serious problems to remember the word "butter". The student Nick lamented that nobody took any pictures of the event. The new President Nara couldn't believe that the teacher had the courage to carry the american flag everywhere in the market. According to her the teacher was making a fool of himself. Samuel "ah??" forgot his money at home and the teacher allowed him to buy a thing...but he bought two.  No problems! The oldest student Natanielle smiled all the time. She couldn't stop laughing. Kauene and Victória decided to be together during the activity and sometimes asked some questions. After paying the bill the students were going back to school when the teacher run into some missionaries  from " Mormon" church. Nick paid attention on the conversation but she didn't understand anything they were talking in English. By the other hand she was able to understand when an Elder ( this is the way Mormons missionaries are called ) asked " What is your name? '". She immediately answered : " My name is Nick". Before going back to Plugnet , the students had the privilege to know Vanusa who is   Plugnet's owner's wife. She was very affectionate with all and wished good luck to them. Back to class the students discussed a little about the lesson and took advanced of the free time to listen to music and eat the delicatessen. It was , with no doubt, an wonderful experience!

Foi uma aula differente ...em um lugar completamente atípico. No último sábado , 9 de abril, a turma Smart Kids 2 foi ao Supermercado Docelar para comprar guloseimas e aplicar as estruturas aprendidas em sala. Um dos alunos mais interessados foi o Luan , que fêz um monte de perguntas ao professor sobre produtos e preços. As pessoas no mercado achavam tudo muito estranho. Provavelmente elas não estavam acostumadas a ver um homem gordo cercado por muitas crianças, agitando uma bandeira dos Estados Unidos e falando em inglês o tempo todo. A cada palavra ensinada pelo teacher Jota , os alunos eram desafiados a dize-las alguns minutos depois. Luan teve sérios problemas de recordar a palavra " butter"( manteiga). A aluna Nick ( Nicole) lamentou que ninguém tenha tirado nenhuma foto do evento. A nova Presidente Nara não conseguia acreditar que o professor teve a coragem de carregar a bandeira americana para toda parte no mercado. Na opinião dela o professor pagou o maior mico. Samuel "hã?" esqueceu o dinheiro em casa e o professor o autorizou a comprar uma coisa...e ele comprou duas. Sem problemas! A aluna mais velha, Natanielle ria o tempo todo. Ela não conseguia parar de rir. Kauene e Vitória decidiram ficar juntas durante toda a atividade e de vez em quando elas faziam algumas perguntas. Após pagarem a conta os alunos estavam voltando para a escola quando o professor encontrou com alguns missionários da Igreja Mórmon. Nick prestou atenção na conversa ,  no entanto não entendeu nada do que eles estavam falando em inglês. Por outro lado , ela foi capaz de entender quando o Elder ( Essa é  a forma que os missionários são chamados) perguntou: " Qual é o seu nome? " Ela então respondeu imediatamente: " Meu nome é  Nick". Antes de voltar para Plugnet os alunos tiveram o privilégio de conhecer Vanusa , que é esposa do dono da escola. Ela foi muito carinhosa com todos e os desejou boa sorte no curso. De volta á sala os alunos discutiram sobre a lição e aproveitaram o tempo livre para ouvir música e comer as guloseimas. Foi , sem sombra de dúvida, uma experiência maravilhosa!

Vitória!!! Smart Kids 2 - New student

Everyone who plays any kind of game looks for the victory. They know that only who got the victory is recognized and valued by all. Plugnet Smart Kids 2 didn't need to play any game to get the most wonderful victory last saturday.  And the best of all is that this victory will last for a long time with us. Are you eager to know what are we talking about? Well,  Last saturday Kauene's cousin named Victory joined the group to study English. Now you know why we are so victorious...that's because we have the real Victory!

Todo mundo que joga qualquer tipo de jogo busca a vitória. Eles sabem que apenas a vitória é reconhecida e valorizada por todos. Plugnet Smart Kids 2 não precisou jogar nenhum jogo para conquistar a mais maravilhosa vitória no sábado passado. E o melhor de tudo é que essa vitória durará por muito tempo conosco. Está ansioso para saber do que estamos falando? Bem, no sábado passado a prima da Kauene chamada Vitória se juntou ao grupo Smart Kids 2 para estudar Inglês. Agora você sabe que o motivo de sermos tão vitoriosos...é porque nós temos a verdadeira Vitória!!!

Fernanda is the new President of the Smart Kids 2

After three weeks missing , Tainah is not the President of the Class anymore. For this reason the responsible and studious Fernanda, who got the same number of votes ,takes over with the mission to lead the group till May. Fernanda is a very intelligent girl that has a crush on  Justin Bieber , the young american singer who is taking girls heart away. Even though being a newcomer , Nara ( how she likes being called) has been a dedicated student with an incredible competency to understand English. Sometimes she is a little tough...sometimes she is flexible ...but she is all the time engaged with her objective to learn English. In order to help her in this mission to guide the class , the teacher decided to keep her brother Luan as vice President. Welcome President Nara!

Após três semanas de ausência, Tainah não é  mais a Presidente do Smart Kids 2. Por esse motivo a responsável e estudiosa Fernanda, que recebeu o mesmo número de  votos , assume com a missão de liderar o grupo até o mês de Maio. Fernanda é uma garota muito inteligente que é apaixonada por Justin Bieber, um jovem cantor americano que anda arrasando os corações das garotas. Embora seja uma novata no curso, Nara ( Como ela gosta de ser chamada )tem sido uma aluna dedicada com uma incrível capacidade de compreensão do idioma. As vezes ela é um pouco severa ...outras vezes é flexível...mas ela está , o tempo todo , comprometida com o objetivo de aprender Inglês. Para ajudá-la na missão de comandar a classe, o Teacher J.B. decidiu manter o irmão de Nara na vice-presidência. Seja bem vinda Presidente Nara!

Welcome Kauene and Nicole!

Smart Kids 2 has new classmates. The first one is Kauene but you can call her "Ká". She is Elizabethy's best friend and was introduced to Plugnet by her. Cá is 10 years old and loves to speak English. The second newcomer is called Nicole . Nick , 11, is Nataniele's young sister. She loves English too. Last saturday they attended the first lesson at Plugnet and they loved it!

A turma Smart Kids 2 tem novas colegas de classe. a primeira é Cauene , mas você pode chamá-la de Cá. Ela é a melhor amiga da Lizzy que a apresentou á Plugnet. Cá tem 1o anos de idade e adora falar Inglês. A segunda novata é Nicole. Nick, de 11 anos, é a irmã mais nova de Nataniele. Ela também adora Inglês. No sábado passado as duas assistiram a primeira aula na Plugnet e adoraram!

Lesson of the week - Shopping at Docelar

Essa semana as duas turmas Smart Kids da Plugnet participarão de uma aula especial no Mercado Docelar. As crianças aprenderam a fazer perguntas sobre produtos, preços e modo de pagamento. No sábado elas colocarão em prática em uma aula especial. Será uma atividade muito divertida onde , com o acompanhamento do professor , os alunos farão compras e pagarão em Inglês. This week both Smart Kids groups will take part of a special class that will take place at Docelar Supermarket. Children learned how to ask questions with regard to products,prices and way of paying. On saturday they will put it on practice. It will be a funny activity where, followed by the teacher, they will both shopping and paying in English.
